The Urban Gypsies comprise of Gavin Libotte (guitar), Dieter Kleemann (guitar), Nic Cecire (drums) and Tina Harris (bass). They offer a beautiful mix of fusion guitar compositions from the jazz tradition of improvisation and the rhythmic palette of gypsy, latin and world music. The creative writing skills and innovative sounds of the Urban Gypsies set them in a class of their own. They also perform as Alchemy Trio with just two guitars and cello delivering a wonderful rich new sound.
